    Cozy atmosphere with new beds greatly enhanced my stay. The restaurant served unexpectedly tasty food.

    Housekeeping was severely lacking. I experienced multiple days without service, quite disappointing.

    Cleaning leaves much to be desired. Visible dust and unkempt carpets show the need for attention. Some rooms feature damage such as holes in the walls and rickety racks. While trying to secure an updated room, I noticed discrepancies between the advertised room types and the actual layout received, particularly with the open floor plan.
